Healthy Pregnancy & Childbirth Classes

Whether you’re a new mom, expecting – or planning your pregnancy, a comprehensive new class series begins March 6 conveniently online via Zoom.  Healthy Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes are free, and taught by certified childbirth and lactation educator Charlene Becker; call Charlene at 928.812.0555 to enroll, sign-up online at AZYP.org/lahmb, or email Charlene@azyp.org.

Eight women completed the debut class series this fall – one shared this comment: “I’ve loved these classes so far, they’ve been very informative and helpful through my pregnancy. After going through IVF, I’ve had a lot of questions that have been answered during these classes about both pregnancy and breastfeeding. 10/10 would recommend to all pregnant women in the community!”

This program is made possible thanks to funding from the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). Class topics will include pregnancy and birth, parenting, breastfeeding support, wellness and referral services.
