April's annual Poppy Festival celebrates spring flowers throughout Globe-Miami -- events include an exhibit of desert art at the Cobre Valley Arts Center, and a special evening with Roger Naylor at Bullion Plaza April 11 (Friday) evening as the museum's guest speaker for the Second Friday lecture series.
Other events this weekend include guided tours of the Stairizona Trail, a farmers' market pre-season plant sale -- and poppy seedball making at the Globe-Miami Chamber of Commerce April 18.
